Cucumber Limeade Juice Recipe

Taste and Tell has a sparkling version
We've had a great season in our garden with cucumbers.  So what to do with all those cucumbers?  Of course you can turn them into pickles, but how many pickles do you need?

I love to use them in smoothies and juice recipes.  If you don't grow any yourself, check out your local farmers market for some amazing deals.  Cucumbers are a great alternative to fruit in beverages because it's low in sugar and mild in flavour.  It pairs well with mint, lime, and green tea.  This is my all time favourite juice recipe.  I look forward to it ever summer.  It's so refreshing!

*Note if you do not have a juicer you can place a peeled, cored, seeded chopped cucumber into a blender and then use a strainer and you can squeeze the juice out of the limes with a lemon juicer as pictured above.
