Recipe for making (Vanilla, Kahlua, Amaretto, Irish Cream, etc) Coffee Syrups

I made alot of gifts for Christmas this year. One was flavored syrups
for coffee. It was my first time making it and it was so easy. I'm
never buying any again.
Prep Time: 5 mins
Total Time: 15 mins
- 1 cups water
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract (or any other kind of extract you desire)
Directions:
- In medium saucepan over medium high heat, bring water and sugar to a boil.
- Cook until mixture thickens slightly, about three minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and let cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to two weeks.

Alcohol Flavored Based Syrup
(Kahlua, Irish Cream, Amaretto, etc)
